The length of a temporary assignment can vary widely, but is completely dependent on the employer and the job at hand. Typically, temporary positions last one to three months before the job is completed, or the employer chooses to bring the employee on full-time. Once a temporary position is completed, the employer may choose to hire an employee full-time, if their performance was satisfactory and the company has an open role. The employee would then become a full-time employee of the company, as opposed to an employee of Rummage Staffing Solution.
*Rummage Staffing Solutions requires a 3 to 6 month assignment contract for temp- to-hire positions
The advantage of using Rummage Staffing Solutions is that you can easily and quickly adjust your workforce as needed. Staffing service arrangements are simple – let us know that you will no longer need the temp employee’s service and we will let them know that the temporary position is ending. If you find that your temp employee is too valuable to let go, you can hire them on permanently!
